Ms Lisa Ramjattan

Lisa Ramjattan joined the HWLS team in 2019 as our HR Manager. She brings with her over 16 years of experience in the HR field. At HWLS, she provides guidance on all HR functions inclusive of developing and maintaining a performance management culture, building staff capacity through learning and development initiatives and championing employee engagement activities.

Prior to joining the team, she worked for the Massy Group of companies as a HR Team Leader and prior to that she was the Assistant Manager of Recruitment, Selection and Staffing at Scotiabank. Lisa was also part of the adjunct faculty with the University of the West Indies and COSTAATT for 12 years.

Ms. Ramjattan is a holder of a holder of a BSc degree in Sociology and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, a Masters of Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies. She is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management and is a certified change specialist with PROSCI.
